Prominent Clinton Backer And DNC Member To Endorse McCain

by Mark Preston - September 16th, 2008 - CNN

Lynn Forester de Rothschild, a prominent Hillary Clinton supporter and member of the Democratic National Committee’s Platform Committee, will endorse John McCain for president on Wednesday, her spokesman tells CNN.

I wonder why CNN is giving this endorsement so much prominence? Is it to attack de Rothschild or to aid McCain-Palin?

The Democrat establishment is in an uproar about the disintegrating Obama campaign as it abandons its very essence (a new style of politics that is positive) and returns to the core Democrat message (hate of middle America and their stupid failure to vote for their own economic well being, at least as the Democrats define their economic well being).

Very curious article to say the least. I wonder how long de Rothschild will stay on the DNC Platform Committee?

I thought this was interesting news. Obama had to know this was going to happen after the primary campaign, but not selecting Hillary as his running mate. He's also run a very nasty campaign all around.

FYI - There's a state-wide phone bank for McCain-Palin going on this Saturday, hoping to reach tens of thousands:
